OJ’s Red Hot BBQ started back in 2017 with just a hope and a dream. I’ve always been the one cooking for family and friends, and they were always telling me how good my barbecue was. They’d say, “Man, you should open your own barbecue business!” So one day I decided to go for it. I bought a small trailer and started cooking for the public, and it’s been one of the best moves I’ve ever made. I’ve met so many great people along the way—folks who share the same drive to work for themselves and do what they love. At OJ’s Red Hot BBQ, I take pride in giving people good food, big portions, and fast, friendly service at a good price.
